Keep it plain. Keep it simple. Keep it positive.

You do know what you put out there is what you get back right? Negativity brings more negativity. So if you have pessimistic thoughts, words, or ill feelings towards someone else or any drama in your life because you’re participating in it. You will receive more over and over again.

The negative thoughts you have about yourself is what you will become. You are speaking it into existence. Instead tell yourself: I am enough. I am beautiful. I am successful. You are all of this and more.

I’d like to share a section of a quote from Joel Osteen: “When negative thoughts come, don’t speak them out; instead speak life. Speak hope. Speak blessings. Speak what you seek.”

So keep it plain. Keep it simple. Keep it positive. Here’s one of my affirmations. I am happy! I am healthy! Having an excellent day!

It’s that easy.

Until next time,

I wish you Inner peace

What you think you don't know

What You Think You Don’t Know

Have you ever had one of those moments of feeling down and out, discussing your dilemma with friends or love ones who end up telling you what you all ready know?

Nothing I am telling you through out my series called ‘Elevate- Learn the lessons Grateful for the blessings.’ I will share every Wednesday isn’t anything you haven’t heard before. It’s something you tend to ignore in yourself, yet you’re equipped with to help someone else in need. You do know we never take heed of our own advice.

The majority of the time we have all the answers we need right inside of us. We just seek outside ourselves for information we have inside our knowledge and wisdom treasure box. At times we trust others more than we trust ourselves. Ask yourself the question: Who knows you better than you?

We know the answer but because of what’s going on we start to have the stinking thinking blues which clouds our thought process bringing debilitating doubt to an end all solution.

Getting or hearing someone’s opinions and views are fine as long as the final decision is yours, and you’re sure that’s what it is you want to do. All I am saying is looking for the answer outside before you listen to the answers inside can take you on a long trip around the world. Treat yourself like you would your best friend. What would you tell them? What is your advice, suggestions and point of view on what’s taken place?

What you think you don’t know you really do. You just have to listen to yourself. It’s seldom you will lead yourself wrong. If you do perhaps you have a lesson to learn and that’s alright. Elevate-Learn the lessons Grateful for the blessings.

Until next time I wish you Inner peace.

The Comfort Zone

We all have our dreams, goals, strengths and weaknesses. How we achieve the above may bring us out of our comfort zone. Leaving this place can cause fear, doubt and the feeling of your stars not being aligned. Its still waters; putting your foot in will ripple the calmness of its existence.

I know it’s scary. Been there, done that, doing it again. (Smile)

So what’s the solution?

BABY STEPS!

May I suggest making a list of all the things you need to do. Start with the simplest or the hardest working your way through each one until your whole list is checked off.

Ask yourself the question: How do you eat an elephant? A little bit at a time.

Until next time I wish you Inner peace.
